Real estate twilight photography has many advantages. It can help you build your business and client base, and it can add a high-value product to your Listings and will make you stand out !

 

What are Twilight Photos - is it the same as taking a view shot from property during sunset?

 

No… absolutely not the same !  We schedule a twilight shoot about 1/2 hour before the sun sets to prep our lights. Our Lights are strategically placed to enhance the features of the exterior home and pool area. We wait till sunset and shoot about 25 photos 

And of course, if your property looks out the ocean we will be there to capture the actual sun setting photo, yes this is all part of our twilight shoots !!

 

A twilight "cover" photo is the "money shot" during a twilight session taken usually of the exterior of the property, at dusk ( the time right after the sun has set…and the shoot will last for 20 minutes passed sunset time).

 

These beautiful sunset photos are being used to showcase landscape/property lighting, pool lighting and features like fire pits, and also to showcase a beautiful sunset that the potential new home owner can expect to enjoy.

 

Agents like twilight photos because they “look cool”, and they are different from the regular daylight exterior shots. They are more likely to grab the attention of the buyer  or vacation rental browser when a home search is performed and thumbnails of properties are returned.

 

New trends are always in the making, complimenting existing photography and videography trends, such as; drone flights, video walk-thrus, cinematic high-end master pieces….trends come and go….but a classic twilight photo will always speak a thousand words !
