About The Artist
Kaya, Hawaiian born Independent Artist began exploring art at age 8. She attended and graduated University of Hawaii at Manoa , where she trained in traditional academic drawing/painting and animation.
Best described as a “digital painter,” Kaya has created an immense body of work. She has become well known for her many layered, colorful works using a custom built digital set up and has traveled the world exhibiting her work and has contributed to events on several continents.
At the center of Kaya’s work is spirituality and Beauty. Describing her work as minimalistic - journalistic, Kaya attributes her ability to create to the wonders of technology, crediting the planet’s resources for advancements in art production.
